The license
Iconaut licenses are one-time purchases. A license grants the covered seats a perpetual, non‑exclusive, worldwide right to use the icons in unlimited end products, with lifetime updates included.
Permitted use
Use, modify, recolor and combine the icons in personal and commercial work: websites, apps, software, games, templates, UI kits, presentations, print and video. Icons may ship inside products you sell, as long as the icons themselves aren’t the product’s primary value. Attribution is appreciated, never required.
Forbidden use
You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense or share the icon files as a standalone set or as part of another icon library; use an unmodified icon as a logo, trademark or brand identity; or present the set as your own work. License keys stay within the team that bought them.
Seats
A seat is a designer or developer actively working with the icons. Single covers 1 seat, Team up to 5, Enterprise is unlimited within one organization. Upgrade at any time and pay only the difference.
Ownership
The icons remain the intellectual property of Iconaut: a license is a right to use, not a transfer of ownership. Everything you create with the icons is entirely yours.
Refunds
If the icons don’t fit your project, email me within 14 days of purchase for a full refund.
Warranty & liability
The icons are provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Iconaut is not liable for damages arising from their use, and total liability is capped at the amount you paid.
Changes
These terms may evolve as the set grows. Material changes never shrink a license you already bought.
